1. Paste the following code into SETTINGS → ADVANCED → CUSTOM CODE → FOOTER CODE
2. Change the backgroundsToRotate variable to either "city" or "nature" or "things" or an array of your own image URLs! (You'll need publicly-accessible URLs. Go preview your site, right-click your image, and click "copy image location.")
3. Make sure to change sectionTitle to the TITLE of the section itself - this is how the code knows which section to work with... In this example, I'd change it to "Enjoy Nature..."
